Charles Posternack, M.D.
President and Corporate Chief Medical Officer
Serving as the President and Corporate Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Posternack is responsible for overseeing all clinical practices and patient safety measures across the organization. Throughout his 30 year career in the healthcare industry, Dr. Posternack has held multiple senior physician executive and academic medical positions, including Chief Medical Officer and Associate Dean of Academic Affairs.
Prior to joining the Promise team, he served as the Chief Medical Officer of Boca Raton Regional Hospital where his responsibilities included oversight of Quality, Case Management, Risk Management, Medical Staff Office, Research and Operative Services.
Dr. Posternack received his Doctor of Medicine degree from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He has won many prestigious awards including “Excellence in Medical Education,” given by the South Florida Business News; one of the “Top 500 Physicians in the USA” by Town & Country; and “Best Doctors in America” by Woodward and White.
Suzanne K. Sterling
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer
Serving as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Suzanne K. Sterling oversees all legal matters including risk management, health care compliance, and corporate governance.
With more than 25 years in health care law, Sterling’s prior experience includes serving as outside general counsel to hospitals, hospital districts, physician group practices, and large health care companies. She has also previously worked as in-house counsel to a large pharmaceutical corporation.
Sterling received her Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. She is an active participant in the biotechnology industry, having recently chaired Florida Atlantic University’s Charles E. Schmidt College of Science Advisory Board, and has authored numerous biotech articles.
